Build your grow

HyPAR is a full service cultivation design firm. We are capable of designing your canopy and ancillary facility rooms with our technology as the centerpiece. When you engage with us, we become an active partner in your grow for five years. Our contract with you starts with designing the facility - whether you are starting with a blank slate or are repurposing an existing building. We contract and manage the roofing installation with sun tubes and appropriate roofing substrate. We then engage with you to ensure that your first crop is a success story. We collect data and remain actively involved for five years.

Build-to-Spec and Lease one of our Facilities

We design fully specified facilities for long term lease. You do what you do best - grow plants… we do what we do best - install and manage our technology. This is a fully interactive experience for the licensee. You tell us what you want to see in your facility, we work with local talent to ensure that all regulations and specific local environmental issues are addressed. This is an 14-24 month build process.
